Nourison product is registered with United States Patent Office, Trademark and Copyright Office and as such is protected from infringement of design copy, diminutive reproduction and logo imitation. Application is entitled to have said Marks registered under the Trademark Act of 1946. All registered material is currently in use and Nourison has no intention of allowing this marks to become degenerative, nor will it allow any alteration of our legally registered Copyright and Patent marks. Any attempts to exploit, duplicate, infringe upon, or fraudulently advertise said marks for monetary or syndicate profit are subject to legal reprehension.Nourison may grant "fair use" of a particular design upon written authorization from principal owner. Licensing rights will be under supervision and control of Nourison should approval be granted. Any attempt to introduce or advertise beforehand will be considered public deception and will not be acceptable to Nourison and will be subject to legal indemnification . Application for said use must be submitted and approved by Nourison before utilization is undertaken. |
